Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study is to analyze levels of burnout and satisfaction with sports among coaches across different sports. The sample consisted of 87 coaches (35 women and 52 men), categorized by age and sport type. The Athlete Burnout Questionnaire (ABQ) and the Athlete Satisfaction Questionnaire (ASQ) were applied. Specific patterns were identified in the levels of emotional and physical exhaustion, devaluation, and individual and team performance. Coaches in combat sports demonstrated lower levels of exhaustion and higher satisfaction, whereas coaches in team sports exhibited the opposite trend. The findings emphasize the need for further research into the factors influencing coaches’ professional well-being and performance effectiveness.
