Summary/Abstract: The report analyzes the legal grounds for termination of the pollicitatio legal relationship. The legal grounds for termination of the authorization relationship are used as a starting point of the research, but the substantial differences between the two relations are taken into consideration. The specifics of the pollicitatio relationship are also taken into account so that conclusions can be made regarding the legal grounds for its termination for each of the parties.
