Summary/Abstract: Health is one of the vulnerable sectors for efficient allocation of public resources, therefore it is necessary to thoroughly examine and analyze the control methods and strategies followed in countering corruption. The purpose of this report is to present and analyze the mechanisms for controlling and counteracting corruption in the health sector and to provide guidelines and recommendations for their improvement. Controls, methods and mechanisms in the implementation of anti-corruption policy in the health sector have been one of the leading topical issues due to the allocated and always insufficient amount of public resources.
