The relationship between these variables is negative. The results completes partly the gap in knowledge on this relationship. In the future, it is worth carrying out a quantitative research on a representative sample of employees. This will allow to better confirm the analyzed relationship, as well as to measure the strength of this relationship. Main conclusions and recommendations is that the sense of organizational justice affects the counterproductive behaviors of employees.
