Summary/Abstract: At the beginning of the article the author describes the genesis of employee opinion surveys, as well he defines them, referring to the recommendations of conducting such surveys. Then, the author describes the features and benefits of such a type of research. The article also presents selected results of own research on the use of employee opinion surveys and the benefits they bring, conducted among managers and employees of enterprises in kujawsko-pomorskie voivodeship.
