Summary/Abstract: The study analyzes the provisions of Articles 117–124 of the Code of Private International Law of the Republic of Bulgaria regulating recognition of foreign court decisions and other acts. The rules are examined concerning personal status of individuals. The practice of application of the norms by courts is given.
