Summary/Abstract: This article reviews and analyzes two of Vladimir Karić’s political publications that are not too well known in Macedonian historiography. In the first one, a type of a polemical brochure, the Serbian consul gave an interesting and controversial analysis of the the neighboring propaganda activities—the Greek, the Bulgarian and the Serbian—in Ottoman Macedonia. In the second publication, Karić propounded his own elaboration on the creation of the Balkan Alliance. As a pragmatic and professional diplomat, he offered some open-minded ideas about the future of the Balkans.
