Summary/Abstract: It is imperative that teachers make a change in the role they play; a change in the organization of school learning. It is necessary for them to become tutor teachers, teachers able to follow the impact that teaching has on each student, teachers who become more concerned with what is learned than what is taught. Students’ success depends on how they approach their new responsibility. Students must be helped by tutor teachers to engage in a deliberate effort, to take responsibility for their own learning. When students fail to learn, they do not need „more”, but rather something else. (HATTIE, 2012, p. 174 [4])
