Summary/Abstract: In the article the changes in the authority relationships between the institutions of the public power and the management, government and parliament. After the integration of Bulgaria in the regional globalization structures of European Union are discussed. Some of the institutional organizational and social factors and machineries, which stimulate the formation and reproduction of government dominants are identified, that is autocracy models of power relationships in spite of the significant democratization of our political system and its basic institutions. The significance of the subjective group attitudes and orientations of the power executors is taken under consideration for the purpose of comparison of the government dominant models in our country.
