From a Systematic to a Social - Type Theory of Organizations

Summary/Abstract: The article examines the transformational trends in the social organization as well as the transition from ^systematical" to ,,sociaf type of organization. The objective is to underline the priorities of the social type of organization. The aim is to differentiate the category and the model system of the opend social type of organization from thf- closed rational one. The principle of self-organization which may be identified in the context of libei.il-democratic ideas and norms is accepted for b.ssic criteria in this model. The analysis sresses upon some ot (he essential changes which characterize both the exiting theories and practices of the social type of organization which are partially taking form.
