Summary/Abstract: The aim of this material is to consider the mechanism of the formation of oligarchies and oligarchic diversion in the government models of the democratic politic systems. The accent is put on both the sociali factors and conditions, and social-psychological premises. The oligarchy is represented as a function of accretion of dividing borderline between politics and economy – government and business, and as a result of this a united group is formed, holding the entire power in the state – the politic and the economic one; it governs in an authoritarian way and monopolizes all the chances in the society (and the right to control them). In this context an answer to the question: „Why is the oligarchy model strengthened in Bulgaria today?“ is given.
