Summary/Abstract: New trends for the development of work-specific activities arise mainly in thefields linked to technology, digital platforms, as well as computing, where forms of non-face-tofacework are generated, without local location, which constitute an extension or diversification ofcertain business functions towards workers, who even transcend countries. This globalemployment crisis in the current consumer society, where the loss or disappearance of formalemployment progresses recurrently by the global pandemic by SARS-CoV2(covid 19), a dualdisease that is lethal and of mass contagion, which determines that the suspension, closure offactories, businesses, business in general, is the widespread condition with that of estrangement,detention and homefunding , where the primary social protection is altered, doubling forprecarious and vulnerable labour sectors that affects the health and social environment ofsubjects of industrial relations, the same circumstance incorporated with its dizzying precarinationthat exceeds the scope of low pay to workers, to extend to the deterioration of conditions ofemployment and work, as well as the repetitive practice of flexibilization in the use andremuneration of labour, intensification of labour and deregulation of industrial relations.
