Summary/Abstract: Migration is an inherent dimension of globalization, it has been called the third flow of circulation, along with capital and products. Human beings must face multiple barriers in their movement or mobility, which places them in a situation of vulnerability and violation of their most basic rights, the policies of each country in terms of social security, health and work, factors that do not take into account. account which ultimately hinders its full realization. The repatriation processes acquire discriminatory characteristics that threaten the dignity, life and rights of migrants, the response of States and nations in general has been a restrictive policy on migration matters, which fails to control flows and movements of people, Promoting their collective social inclusion demands greater openness to migration and migration regularization processes.
