All human beings, from birth, should be guaranteed the minimum conditionsnecessary to become useful to humanity, and have the possibility of receiving the benefitsthat life in society can provide. Social justice in the field of labour relations looking for thebalance between the factors of production, in a formal working relationship seeks tomaintain harmony with stability that, as a result, gives as a result the improvement inworking conditions, the right to vacation here represents the alleged way of satisfying thedesire for decent work; as well as interaction between the parts that compose it and in atimely manner there must be an effective protection for the worker and his family in acomprehensive way. To include the coexistence, the right to leisure, earned rest as well asindividual well-being that allows self-realization or personal growth, if it involves the family orto the same environment of any worker in general be determined then there is integration aspart of the collective imagination.
