Summary/Abstract: All social relations involve power, in such a way that these shapes arerepresented by focusing on the institutions and structures of civil society organized or formaland informal, are alike in their organizational activities such as economic, Educational,cultural, religious, politics, interest groups, so pervasive in lobbies, Trade Union and TradeUnion, also in the State institutions related to their different functions: ranging from thelegitimacy; the social coercion; education, propaganda; Economic and social policy, thecollective organization; which is the public sector that covers with its different levels; thebodies of legislative, Executive, and judicial; administrative bodies; autonomous ordecentralized entities, public, private companies or which pursue a social purpose, thissituation affects all environments or environments of any person. The impersonal aspects byequity, equality, justice between men and women, would mean that they have equal rights,access, as well as the possibility to defend himself to the role of the social conduct of humanbehavior, there is no doubt that to meet that objective, it is essential that the task exerted byall the actors involved is serious, responsible, solidarity-based, to promote and boost thatwomen or all persons, vulnerable or not, in all fields to achieve really benefits involving thegender equity, obtaining equality of rights between women and men without distinction, inaddition to include justice. At the level of the work, the lack of balance in the wage, access toleadership positions, the promotions, in the decision-making, management leadershippositions, among others, both in the private sector as public, that reached areas isobservable social, yet limited, which means injustice; without full justice, there is imbalance.without full justice, there is imbalance, social maladjustment, latent discontent, is likewiseconsidered that a truly democratic society implies a real equality between women and men.
