Summary/Abstract: All social relations involve power, in such a way that these shapes arerepresented by focusing on the institutions and structures of civil society organized or formaland informal, are alike in their organizational activities such as economic, Educational,cultural, religious, politics, interest groups, so pervasive in lobbies, Trade Union and TradeUnion, also in the State institutions related to their different functions: ranging from thelegitimacy; the social coercion; education, propaganda; Economic and social policy, thecollective organization; which is the public sector that covers with its different levels; thebodies of legislative, Executive, and judicial; administrative bodies; autonomous ordecentralized entities, public, private companies or which pursue a social purpose, thissituation affects all environments or environments of any person.
