SOCIALIZATION OF NEW EMPLOYEES IN PUBLIC SECTOR ORGANIZATIONS

Summary/Abstract: This article presents the opportunities for the socialization of new employees in public sector organizations. The inclusion of the new employees and their adaptation towards the work environment is scrutinized. Some of the forms and methods of socialization and adaptation of employees are also described in the paper. Mentoring also stands out as one of the key training methods and, in particular, for the socialization of employees in modern organizations.
