Summary/Abstract: In this article is produced the role of cooperation between school and the family and also a lot of advantages which ensue both for students, parents and teachers. The high quality of cooperation should be the subject of particular preoccupation among teachers. Every school must initiate and support great relationship with parent and all the teachers should be equipped with appropriate competence. In this article ale also presented the possibility of improving of cooperation, the types of association and the rules of effective cooperation which should be abserved by both teachers and parents.
