Summary/Abstract: Conferences, seminars, festivals, projects and a number of other initiatives, events and ideas realized and involving together staff, students, teams and organizations within and outside university are typical for vibrant university. The revival of the university environment around common issues, goals and projects is the opportunity for communities and innovation development. Theoretically, the university has been included in the framework of interactive experience environment, which is a set of structural properties understood as fixed patterns of social practices through which its participants take part in the value cocreation. The interactive and relational character of the university is at this particularly emphasized. These features, more than the material factors, shape the course and continuity of social practices. We seek to answer the question of how to create the space, the environment, the ecosystem of the university – particularly in the intangible, interactive, relational dimension – so that it was the lively and vibrant university, supportive for communities capable of innovation.
