Summary/Abstract: Employee assessment is one of the elements of proper management of enterprises/institutions. The subject matter are the effects of work and the competences of employees. Competences are behavioral patterns that allow you to achieve greater efficiency at work. Internal control in local government units also applies to the verification of all activities carried out in individual organizational units of the commune, the selection of appropriate implementing measures and the implementation of specific tasks.
