Summary/Abstract: One of the principles underlying the coexistence in society says that men are equal, and prohibits operation between its fellowmen. However, the principle has been recalled and is not always respected, the traffic of minors being one of the most serious forms of criminality. This phenomenon has existed since ancient times. Putting and keeping people in slavery and the slave trade are well known.The actuality of the investigated theme is justified by the fact that child traffic as crime and social phenomenon, remains a reality that requires a sustained and continuous effort from international organizations, to individual countries but also the whole society. Being aware of the negative effects, of the destructive impact that it has this scourge has on children is a fundamental requirement of the institutional demarche in the modern state of law.
