Summary/Abstract: To ensure uniform regulation of crime, it was necessary to include the contents of the new Criminal Code offenses foreseen in the special criminal laws that have a higher frequency in judicial practice in this category entering and human trafficking. Thus the new Criminal Code offense of trafficking in persons is found in Chapter VII entitled "Trafficking and exploitation of vulnerable persons" under Title I "offenses against the person" where such offenses are criminalized and slavery (art. 209), human trafficking (Article 210), trafficking in minors (art.211), put to forced and compulsory labor (212), prostitution (Art.213), exploitation of begging (Article 214), using a minor for (art.215) and using the services of a run (art.216)
