Summary/Abstract: Between the crime of human trafficking, regulated by art. 210 C. pen. on the one hand, the crimes of trafficking in minors, pimping, trafficking in migrants are all regulated in the Criminal Code, on the other hand, there are many similarities, but also many differences, which led, especially in series of interpretations, thus creating a non-unitary judicial practice in this matter. The analysis of the differences that exist between human trafficking and the other crimes we referred to are aspects that will help us to establish the correct legal classification of a deed in one of the mentioned crimes, so that the criminal law is applied uniformly.
