Summary/Abstract: eamwork is a phenomenon that has grown that, in many companies, inappropriate or improperly used without a preliminary analysis of the need to use it. More and more managers were convinced that teamwork is the way to success and performance, cooperation, communication, understanding, exchange of information between team members, leadership, confrontation of conflict, undermining personal interests in favor of the group.
