Legal protection of the family in Poland. Problem analysis based on the examples of law on preventing domestic violence.

Summary/Abstract: The article describes the state policy to protect the family as the basic unit of society. The analysis is made to the Polish Constitution and the amended provisions of the law on preventing domestic violence and the resulting tasks for the administration of justice, state and local government. The author has also developed a scheme of the organizational structure of public administration, implementing the tasks of combating domestic violence.
