Controlling solutions on various stages of organization’s growth

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to discuss the necessity of the use of controlling understood as a method of management supporting, as well as the selection of its solutions on various stages of growth of an organization. Therefore the paper presents a brief description of each stage of – the growth model of organization proposed by L. Greiner and in this context it characterizes desirable and possible solutions of controlling.
