Summary/Abstract: The subject of the discussion is to seek various solutions to assist small and medium-sized family businesses in the pursuit of achieving innovation to compete on the market. It pointed out the way to prepare Consulting with organizational solutions that can be implemented in cooperation with the Polish Craft Association.
