The Theory And Practice of Logistic Flows Management in the Conditions of Emergency Situations

Summary/Abstract: One of the paradigms of management concerns its functions such as general organizing, planning, monitoring, management and motivation. Thanks to this management theory managed to somehow unify the management system and thus achieve the effect of standardization of the processes. Meanwhile, such management paradigm does not always adequately perceived by practice that somehow explains the urgency and prevalence of the original systems as “management accounting” or “controlling”. Thanks to such innovative solutions, management system becomes organic, and synthesizes (combines) some common features and provides the expected performance and results.
