Summary/Abstract: This is a review of Mancur Olson’s book on power’s logics. In Olson’s approach to political power, built on the pattern of the logic of collective, with the particularity of studying the costs of exerting the power and the costs of subjecting to the power. Along with the considerations over democracy, this approach opens a new perspective on politic economy.
