Summary/Abstract: The act of marital consent should be an act resulting from the internal freedom of the person who expresses it. This freedom, however, may in some cases be limited by various psychological conditions of a person who deprive him of critical ability and the ability to make a choice. The topic of this article is the impact of personality disorders on the so-called the internal freedom of the person in the context of his marital agreement.
