Types of structures of experiences that organize the course of biography. Enrichment of theory F. Schütze on the basis of the interpretation of the narrative of successful women.

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to present one way of generalizing qualitativematerial based on narrative narrative methods – I show the meaning of reconstructingprocess structures according to F. Schűtze’s recommendations in narrative analysis.In the paper I present reconstructed, on the basis of collected empirical material,patterns of individual biographical experiences of women who have professionalsuccess – process structures (those derived from F. Schűtze’s concept, and thoserooted in empirical evidence, thanks to this the author’s concept has been enriched).
