Summary/Abstract: Managing modern enterprises requires a significant dynamics of adjustment to changes in the surroundings. Literature offers more and more of new solutions allowing to react to changes and avoid employees’ resistance to them. At the same time, in order to verify the results of their activity, employees have to use financial and non-financial measures. It is also necessary to take employees into consideration, as an important factor affecting the efficiency of an economic entity. The aim of the paper is to point the possibility of combining and simultaneous using of two concepts based on the employees’ awareness of the results they achieve as well as the necessity of the continuous development, study and improvement, which make appearance in the Total Performance Scorecard and the Open Book Management.
