Summary/Abstract: Workers with exeptional abilities are a valuable, rare and sought resource. They usually know their value and choose only those companies which enable their personal development. Keeping talented staff, high level of competititiveness and successful implementation of the strategy is possible only if the company creates for its employees right conditions and combine the employees aims with the strategic objectives of an organization. Talent management helps employees in their personal development. Balanced scorecard is the concept which allows a company to connect business strategy with individual career plans of its employees. The aim of this article is to indicate the possibility of using talent management as a supporting tool for the balanced scorecard used by a company. The result of that should be better and faster implementation and realization of the company strategic objectives. While writing, the author did literature research and used deductive and inductive reasoning.
