Summary/Abstract: Success of an enterprise employees work for greatly depends on activities taken by them, results they achieve, their individual life goals and career. It is therefore necessary to provide them with relevant information. It is helped by the concept of the Total Performance Scorecard, which is largely based on the Balanced Scorecard, and the Open Book Management, which can use the BSC to increase its efficiency and to enable clear presentation of relevant information to employees in order to improve the efficiency of their actions and facilitate the implementation of entities objectives and strategy of economic entities. The main purpose of this article is to analyze the role which the Balanced Scorecard can perform in concepts of the Total Performance Scorecard and the Open Book Management.
