Marketing activity of Polish enterprises providing leisure-time services

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the results of the field research conducted under the author’s research project no. NN112 257239 financed by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. The leisure-time services market in Poland towards 2025. In 2011 in-depth interviews were carried out with 50 managers from leisure-time service providers. They were the enterprises providing services in the area of culture, recreation and entertainment, including restaurants and hotels. The paper discusses the profiles of these enterprises, the range of services, customer communication, price setting methods, staff and the ways of making their offer available to customers.
