Summary/Abstract: One of the research methods of leisure time services is netnography, which originates from ethnography. Netnography is ethnographic research carried out in the Internet. It uses modified ethnographic research techniques and tools. Research techniques comprise, among others, participatory and non-participatory observation. The paper discusses the results of the research conducted through participatory observation. It presents the internauts’ opinions on tourist services, including a trip organized by a travel agency and air travel services (the survey asked about the purchase of a flight ticket). Another area that was surveyed was cultural services – the observation target was the purchase of a concert ticket.
