Summary/Abstract: In times of globalization, Europe integration, the processes of Lithuanias independence restoration cause changes in Lithuania, revealing the importance of human and social capital in the country which experiences transformations. The aim of the article is to reveal the ralatioship of office workers and organization in terms of loyalty to the organization, accentuating the characteristics of educational institutions.
