Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is to discuss the factors of educational stimulation in vocational school taking into account the non-finiteness aspect of vocational education. To achieve the set purpose peculiarities of an individual adaptation were analysed taking into account the problem of learning and participation motivation, changes in the world work and labour market. Application of the concept of adaptation to the analysis of vocational education change enhances the attention to the characteristics of the learning activity, and the expansion of vocational school. To evaluate an external factors, educational stimulation approach was chosen in the research. Applying this approach favourable and stimulating conditions for adaptation skills and mobility development were reveal.
