One of such significant events in a young person’s life is the first employment. In Lithuania the problem of the youth integration into the labour market lacks attention regardless of the present topicality of this problem in our country: the extent of unemployed youth is far from decreasing, on the contrary, it is signally increasing year by year and even overrun general extent of unemployment.
