Summary/Abstract: Complicated changes and needs of social and economical development in Lithuania impart peculiar significance on the processes of human recourse training taking place at higher schools in Lithuania. The authors of the article analyse the main qualitative and quantitative human recourse development tendencies of changes in Lithuanian higher schools and attempt to raise the main related problems.
