Corporate Social Responsibility principles toward employees in the context of EFQM Excellence Model’s principles

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is the presentation of basic principles of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and the EFQM Excellence Model toward employees. The supplement of the conducted theoretical considerations is an empirical exemplification of these assumptions. As a consequence of the reflections, there is an attempt to answer whether and how companies try to implement the basic responsibility and excellence principles toward employees.
