Summary/Abstract: Even from ancient times, the judicial judgment began taking into consideration that errors can appear in every human action, even in judicial resolutions, errors that can lead to injustice, despite the legal measures provided in order to assure subjects a maximum opportunity to correct justice in finding solutions for the cases tried in contentious administrative courts. This was the reason new procedures appeared allowing the process of judgment to go on with other mechanisms known as appeal procedures.
