SURVEY REPORT IN CRIMINAL TRIALS

Summary/Abstract: The paper underlines the importance of a survey report following the steps of criminal trials in the Romanian Criminal Law. The survey report is a scientific document of a special evidence value. Taking into account its importance in settling a case, the survey report cannot be resumed to the simple exposure of conclusions to which the expert has reached, but it also has to reflect in a concise but complete manner the surveying stages covered by the expert until the final conclusion.
