Summary/Abstract: The paper presents a compared analysis between the research on the spot and the reenactment, as procedural activities. The research on the spot represents the starting point of the investigations regarding the facts on special injuriousness: homicides, rapes or robberies followed by the victim’s death, destructions, catastrophes or serious accidents, infractions in the field of organized crime etc. The reenactment, on the other hand, may be defined as a procedural activity and criminal tactics activity that consists of an artificial reproduction of the circumstances in which an infraction was committed, as well as of any other fact relevant for the case, in order to settle if the fact was committed or it could be committed given the circumstances.
