Summary/Abstract: The purpose of usingterrorism was to induce fright and terrorfeelings in people, turning into suchalarming phenomenon that entailed evendamaged relationships between countries.Terrorism is one of the most terrible,active and dangerous threats of theworldwide community. The unusualproliferation of terrorism acts which areseverely troubling the public order, deedsof alarming the citizens represents severeantisocial actions, even extremely severe,endangering the entire humanity security.Countries, including Romania, signedinternational conventions and adopted intheir national laws specific regulationsuseful for fighting against this peril.
