The unusualproliferation of terrorism acts which areseverely troubling the public order, deedsof alarming the citizens represents severeantisocial actions, even extremely severe,endangering the entire humanity security.Countries, including Romania, signedinternational conventions and adopted intheir national laws specific regulationsuseful for fighting against this peril.
