Summary/Abstract: In the paper there were presented chosen aspects related to the implementation ofnew technology in territorial self-government units management process. Some examplesof innovative solutions applied by cities for better communication with the mostimportant clients (inhabitants and tourists), as well as for promotion and improvementof cities functioning were described.
