A vision of modern education based on modern technologies

Summary/Abstract: Information technologies changed the world, even 10 years ago the Internet was a luxury, and people using a computer were regarded as modern humans. Now, one cannot imagine life without access to a computer or the Internet. Some school materials for lessons, lectures or exercises can be downloaded from the web. The presence of e-learning platforms becomes a necessity. Youth and children want to participate actively in school and university community. Only the tools used to convey pieces of information change, there are more tools known in the world and access to them is faster. People started to ask questions about school. Is this the twilight of traditional science? Information technologies should be treated as a tool and method of education. They may constitute a new paradigm of education.
