Summary/Abstract: The article draws attention to management of processes in e-learning education, as a basic and most important premise of an effectively functioning institution, i.e. a school of higher education. Process definition review was performed in relation to education. The division of knowledge codi-fication and personalization processes, taking place in e-learning education has been proposed. The main aim of the work is to identify selected models and tools serving to measure knowledge resources, present in the education processes, which may be applied in e-learning edu-cation at universities.
