Summary/Abstract: The assessment of three elements of flexicurity model and perspectives (in Lithuanian labour market) are carried out by analyzing the flexibility of labour market, active labour market policy measures and social security system. It was found out that labour market in Lithuania is relatively less flexible and less secure than in Denmark and EU 28.
