Challenges of the labor market for SME in rural areas of West Pomeranian province

Summary/Abstract: The article presents a part of the study carried out in the West Pomeranian region. Affects local development strategies with respect in particular to rural areas, entrepreneurship and local administration. The biggest asset of this study is the new approach to locating the situation. The analysis is multi-threaded. This is considering other conditions of the research area, according to the geographical location. Based on the functions of the regions, four groups of respondents were selected, analyzed and analyzed. The purpose of the research was to indicate the measures by which the Polish government started to improve the situation in rural areas. This is an invaluable source of information and ideas for plan authors in local administration.
