Definition of entrepreneur in Polish law on the example of the Act on Freedom of Economic Activity

Summary/Abstract: The notion of an entrepreneur, crucial from the point of view of both public economic law and the entire legal system in relation to the Constitution adopted model of social market economy, after more than 10 years from introducing the Act on freedom of economic activity, remains questionable. The article is an analysis of the notion of the entrepreneur on example of the Act on freedom of economic activity, which is "Constitution of the economic activity" and includes considerations regarding the planned regulations of Law of entrepreneurs. The Law of entrepreneurs is an important part of so-called “Constitution of Business”, which would be introduced in Polish law.
